approach
Our
approach as an agency has two strands - strategic consultancy and full campaign
implementation. Whilst some clients cherry pick one of the two strands, most work
with us across both to deliver an end to end service, which results in targeted
communication designed to positively influence a client's business.
Our
process is rigorous and is based upon what we call the 'virtuous circle'.
This
underpins our whole philosophy of business handling. Start with the thinking,
plan your actions, then act, and, once the results of that action are available,
enhance the thinking, planning and actions for the next time. Put simply it is
a process of continual learning.
To
start with, we ask the key members of your team to brief us thoroughly so that
we can build our understanding of your business and where you're aiming to drive
it. We combine this with our own desk research and our experience. This business
audit is the start point of a process that allows us to acquire information, assimilate
it, and then output it in the form of a strategic blueprint.
Once
this is agreed as the optimal route forward, we enter the creative development
process, an iterative two-way development of the creative tools and media channels
that allow you to explain your message to your target audience in a way that is
motivating and compelling. And most importantly, one that persuades them to take
the action you want them to.
Once
the campaign has been implemented, we then undertake a full analysis of the results
- both successes and failures. This learning is then incorporated into the process
for the next campaign or project.
This
process may sound time consuming, complex and expensive. But it's not. We are
well in tune with the commercial realities our clients face. Your timelines become
our timelines, and we work within the budgets you define.
